I am sorrow about this news, many children died of this virus. In the article, some of China citizens can’t be treated because they have no enough money to pay. I hope the health insurance system can be built in China. The burden of medical treatment will be ease after the establishment of health insurance system. At least people who are affected by virus or bacteria will have the thorough treatment that don’t pay much money.

The Ministry of Transportation and Communications will ask traffic police to step up a crackdown on motorcyclists who fail to buckle their helmets. While the result of riding without buckling their helmets is high rate of death.

Few years ago, before the traffic policy of defining to riding with helmets, people riding at ease and the death rate raising up in the convinience of riding without any safty measures.
After the definite traffic policy set up, some people still don't like to buckle the helmets because it is convinience in riding. The traffic accident cause the serious effect of the motorcyclist that weared and absolutely buckled the helmet, still less the people who don't do it.
In the recent year, traffic accident cause many tragedies, people injured or died of acute trauma. To make matters worse, the people who dead in the traffic accident is your friend.
There is the case of my friend's friend died of traffic accident. The accident happened last year while we were freshmen. My friend, she went together with her college friend to ride their motorcycles to mountain at night. In the way they went to mountain, all the people were safe. Suddenly, the leader of the motorcyclist bumped against the truck. While the second motorcyclist arrived the site, the first motorcyclist had raised his head slight after the huge bump he lay on the ground. But her friend still announced fatality after send to the hospital. As passing through this terrible accident, it is incredible for my friend to trust the dead news about her college friend and she use long time to ease the sorrow. By the way, her friend had weared and buckled the helmet.
People should attention the traffic in riding whether wear the helmet or not. Because the motorcyclists expose their bodies upon the dander. We should follow the traffic rules, notice traffic, and take care ourselves in riding. Or the effect of the traffic accident is hard to redeem.

Without plentiful and low-cost energy, every aspect of the global economy is threatened. For countries to avoid a slump caused, it will be necessary to develop new energy technologies.

The shortage sources of energy are being the top issue while the higher prices of food and oil. As the supply and demand increasing, people have to develop the energy technologies.
Now the most useful energy is solar power, can supply large amounts of the electricity for much of the rest of the world. We can easier to see the use of solar power around our environment. For example, some people assemble the board produce electricity by solar power upon the roof. They can store the solar power to provide the illuminate and electricity at night.
I think it can use the natural source effectively. Then, the solar power was being use on vehicles and racing car. It is excited that investigate of new power sources can save a part of source shortage in the world. For my opinion, while we develop the power technologies that we should economize on electricity and many other sources in the same time. Besides, the responsibility of develop new energy is not someone alone, unite the world to solve the energy problems rather than struggle for the rest sources of energy.

In the recently year, we face the food shortage and the rising food price. Although our government adopt some measures to ease the rising price of foods, it was used only as a short-term expedient. Few years ago, we live inside the security of defending foods price rising. After all, accumulating over a long period, people are struck by the price pressure.
Latterly, I realize deeply about not only the food price advanced, but the supplies. Because the price rising of everythings is origin for ingredients shortage. For example, while I bought some eggs for cooking, it was not easy for me to decide whether should I buy. The most important reason is the price of the eggs, the price of each egg is increasing to double price now.
I think it is terrible about the price rising endless. The climate change is the major issue for human beings, and the issue of rising food price will be the next big problem. We have to care about both of these problems. To think how can we solve these problem. In the news, it is taking about we can increase the food production, but for my opinion the press in the back is inestimable. We don't know how was the situation in the future. Were we hungry, or had solved these problems.

More than 8,200 in Taiwan await organ transplants

There are more than 8,200 people in Taiwan were still waiting for organ transplants, more than 50 times the number of people who have been given transplants this year. Some patients should travel to China to have their organ transparents. But now China has banned the sale of organs, people have the risks of receive unclear organs.

In the article, the hospitals in Taiwan only register the number of organs donated by people who had died. There are no completeted systems about organs transparent in Taiwn. I think mabe our country should build a compeleted organs organization. That will increase the live chance of the patients.
Time is the most important elemwnt for patients and doctors. Some patients had died before the donated organs coming, sometimes because of the complicated procedures of organs donated.
For my opinion, the systems of organs transparent is a very good measure for people. A person who can donate the organ for another one is happy. Because a person who can donate that means the person is healthy enough to donate the organs. The organs tranparent could benefit others. While a person dead can save another one, I trust the death seems not too fearful.
Although how the wonderful things of the organs transparent, people should care the origin of organ and check whether the organs is clear or not. There have a news about unclear organ in America, told about a baby died a brian morbid death and his organs donated to 4 patients. The doctors are incautious about this case, they did not notice this unusaul brian morbid is brian cancer. After the patients recieved the unclear organs, the cancer cells was spreading to their whole bodied. Two of these 4 patients had dead from cancer, the remainder was accepting the chemotherapy.
The organs transparent can bring the hope to patients' families. But the aftereffect of receiving unclear organs that we have to beware of.

Lights have been turned off across Australia's largest city, Sydney, in a hour-long event aimed at raising awareness of global warming. The activity about protecting earth that is supported by is supported by the New South Wales government, environmental groups and businesses. The plan of “Earth hour” is good for whole the world. Though this plan is just sustained one hour for each country. I think the most important meaning behind the plan is teaching us how to reduce the natural resources without limit and to protect our precious earth.
There are many way to protect our earth, we are not only switching off light but also reduce the using of the plastic bags. Lights switch off after using is easy for everybody. We should form a habit for switch off, reduce the extra consumption of energy sources. While we go out and want to buy something, we should prepare our own shopping bag. Banning against using extra plastic bags can decrease the burden on earth.
After the development, we have started to destroying the earth. Although the progress of science and technology can make our life better, the earth is harmed for a long time. That seems we just have one way to improve the earth, that is reducing the energy of sources and return the original life. We have to think the result of science progress.
In the future, how can we solve the problems of global warming and nature pounce upon, maybe the way is returning the original life, or we use science and technology to improve all of these problems. Or worst of all, the earth will destroyed by earth people, and there are no creatures on the earth anymore.

I think that be a nation of chinese should cautious with the news of president election. Most of us will think that 2008 president election is nothing about us. Because we are too young to interfere political affairs. I think that is just an excuse for evading. Although I am not old enough to vote, I care about the news about this election.
There always have chief flaw in the president election around the world. The candidates will attack each other's by using calumniatory event. At each other's throat will split Taiwan into rival factions. While I saw the saying from Mr Ma,"I will make it crystal clear that Taiwan will be a stakeholder and will not rock the boat in the region", people should not separate cause different regions and cliques.
Instead, this election provide a new opportunity for both sides resolving their differences in peacefully. Whether the president is Ma or Hsieh, who can give us a safe and peace country is good president. Because we can not vouch that which policy is better to Taiwan people in the future. At present, most part of Taiwanese think that vote to Mr Ma is a correct decision. Furthermore, we hope this new president can bring the brand-new prospects and make Taiwan progress.

The Taipei International Cycle Show held from march 14 to 17, which ended yesterday. attracted more than 86,000 visitors. The bike show, hosted at Taipei World Trade Center (TWTC) Nangang Exhibition Hall. because of having the advantage of providing larger exhibition space and the third-largest bike show in the world, there are many interational buyer coming.

When I knew this news, the international bike show held on Nangang,I could not wait to join this show. Before I known the cycle show in Nangang, the technology of bike in Taiwan well-known in the world. This was correct choice that I visited the bike show.
There were many cycle company in the exhibition hall, involved 1 to 4 floor.
Many company have their own technology in every part of the bike, from brakes to wheels. The variety of the bike company made me dazzled. But after this show, I understood the part of bike more. Most interesting of this bike show is the outdoor bike test. After saw many different bike introduction, I thought the real touching in the bike that was the other way to make us understand the bike.
There were many kind of bike could be ride. Every bike had their own function. I chose one of them to ride. The form of the bike that had enlarge pedal was unusual.
although the appearance was full of design and innovate, the way to step the pedals was not easy to the beginner.
After this expo experience, I learned many knowledge of the bike. Furthemore, I was proud of the bike technology in Taiwan.
